Our pieces travel more like heirlooms than parcels — carefully inspected, lovingly wrapped, and on their way to you within the below timeframe. Need it sooner for a special occasion? Just email us and we'll see what we can do about express shipping.
Processing Time
- Smaller pieces — accessories, art, candles, pillows & linens — ship via standard carrier and process within 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you
- Furniture, oversized items, and large mirrors ship via white-glove freight and arrive in about 3 weeks.
- Made-to-order pieces — custom upholstery and wicker — are created just for you; reach out and we'll share a current lead time.
Shipping Time & Rates
- Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times begin after the processing period.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped via common carrier, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear. For White Glove deliveries, our shipping partner will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at shop@kristinmullendesigns.com
