Antique French Marble Mortar

Hand-carved from solid marble and found in Avignon, this mortar has a beautifully worn surface softened by years in Provençal kitchens. Natural veining and a weathered patina give each one its own character. It comes with a new pestle.

Styling Tip with Kristin: Line a few mortars up on the counter with little bowls of salt and peppercorns. A collection of these on a bookshelf is one of my very favorite looks.
